Routh commits to Saint Michael’s College

The New Hampshire Junior Monarchs are proud to announce that 1998 Forward Jeremy Routh of Hamden, CT has committed to Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT to continue his hockey and academic career. Routh will be majoring in Economics, and says he chose the school because he loved the campus.

“I’ll be joining one of my childhood best friends, Colin O’Connor. They offer Economics and Statistics which I intend to major and minor in” Routh said. “St. Mikes has a proud tradition of community which I intend to impact in a positive manner. Routh, a Kent School alum had 7 goals and 12 assists in 35 games for the NCDC team this season.

Junior Hockey taught him most about family, “from my brothers on the ice, to the billet families that helped and fed me, the coaching and office staff, but most importantly my parents” Routh said. “I learned the how important family is and how they are the ones to help you battle through adversity. I also learned how to cook this season which is one of my proudest accomplishments.”

The organization wishes Jeremy and his family the best of luck as he heads to college this Fall.
