Mullan a Bantam

Hooksett, NH -The New Hampshire Junior Monarchs are pleased to announce that forward Charlie Mullan of Buffalo, NY has committed to Trinity College for the fall of 2010.

The speed, strength, energy, and powerful shot that have helped the Monarchs stay atop the league in the 3 years he has played in Hooksett will undoubtedly be huge assets to a Trinity program that thrives on players like Charlie.

Charlie has established himself as one the league’s top penalty killers since joining the Monarchs. Always a threat to score on the PK, Charlie has really learned to use his speed, athleticism, and ability to read the play to give opposing teams fits on their powerplay. His play on that unit is a big reason why the team is at the top of the league’s PK statistics.

His play at even strength has also excelled this season. He and his linemates, George Lotito and Pat Kiley have become one of the most physically dominant lines in the EJHL, and have become a consistent offensive threat in every game they’ve played together.

Charlie is the son of Jeannine and Dan Mullan of Buffalo, NY.
