Kaplan a Crusader

Hooksett, NH – The New Hampshire Monarchs are pleased to announce Ben Kaplan will head to the College of the Holy Cross for the fall of 2012. The 6’2, right-shot defensemen has become very consistent as of late and continues to improve each week. Ben is a 2011 graduate of the St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH where he was a three-year varsity player.

GM/Head Coach Sean Tremblay offered, “Ben is a tremendous person and student-athlete. There is no question he can be an impact player next year at Holy Cross. He has great upside, as he has not yet reached his full potential. He is making huge strides in his game and is really learning how to play the game and be very effective. He is very athletic and his willingness to learn is enabling him to achieve a lot in a short period of time this year.”

Born January 19, 1992 the Burlington, VT native ended with, “I would just like to say thank you to my family for always supporting me and to the Monarchs organization for making me a better player.” Ben is the son of Andrew and Nathalie Kaplan.
