The New Hampshire Junior Monarchs are proud to announce that 1999 Forward, Jordan Hillman of Pekin, IL has committed to furthering his hockey and academic career at Iowa State University in Aimes, IA. Hillman had 31 points in 41 games for the Monarchs Premier team this past season.
“I chose the school because I liked what the school had to offer with playing competitive hockey at a great program as well as the academics and opportunities Iowa has to offer for my career in the future” Hillman said. Jordan will be studying Mechanical Engineering during his time at Iowa. “The Monarchs have taught me how to play the game of hockey fast and aggressively” he continued, “all while being smart when making plays and I feel like I approved a lot this past season.”
The organization would like to wish the best of luck to Jordan as he joins teammate Cam Barto in attending college this Fall.
