Frank comes to the Monarchs from the Boston Bulldogs of the Atlantic Junior Hockey League, where he spent the previous two seasons working under Owner and Head Coach Michael Addesa. During his tenure with the Bulldogs, Frank was a proud member of a staff that produced four AJHL Players of the Year and posted a 57-17-12 record over two seasons. Prior to the Boston Bulldogs, Frank was the Head Coach at North Reading High School where his teams went 92-49-26 and qualified for eight consecutive state tournaments. Before North Reading, Frank was an Assistant Coach under legendary Coach Peter Doherty at Reading Memorial High School for eight seasons. Golden played college hockey at the University of Southern Maine and resides in Reading, MA with his wife Claire and their three children, Kevin, Brooke, and Maura
